I’m so excited to show you the latest member of my photography family… my Sigma 50mm 2.8 macro lens.

This will probably be the only lens that I buy that is not a Canon lens. The main reason why I wanted this lens is so that I can take ring and other detail shots for weddings and for close up shots of newborns. I’m no pro at taking macro photography, nor do I have a fancy engagement/wedding ring but here are a few practice shot that I did this evening.
