It may sound too early to be thinking about this, but Christmas is right around the corner and that also means that it’s time to start thinking about family photos for the holiday season. Everyone needs a great family photo for Christmas cards or gifts to mom and dad. There are tons of reasons why you need a new family photo and I won’t get in to all of them. But there is one reason…. because the weather is amazing in the fall and that’s the best time of year for portraits! I love fall! October and November are my two favorite months to shoot in. The colors of fall and the smell in the air remind me of playing in the leaves and drinking hot apple cider when I was a little girl. I can still remember the hay rides that I went on and dressing up for Halloween. Did I mention that it’s also time to bundle up in a good pair of jeans and rock out your favorite hoodie!!!!
