This past weekend was the first time it truly felt like fall. I had my hoodies out and begged my friend to have a bonfire. It’s that time of year where all I’m craving is a huge bowl of chili and roasting some marshmallows on a fire for delicious smores. I know it’s not technically fall yet but it’s my favorite season and I’ve been waiting for this since summer began! The weather lately has been so amazing and I’m hoping it sticks around for a while because I have a lot of senior sessions coming up. This week I’ll be showing off my favorites from 5 different senior sessions I’ve had over the last week or so. So make sure to keep checking the blog daily for updates and sessions.
First up, is Paige. She’s from Edwardsville High School and she’s such a sweetheart. I met up with her and her parents at the Muny in St. Louis and then we moved to a softball diamond, also in Forest Park. Paige was so laid back and ready to do whatever I had in mind. The only thing standing in the way of Paige and a successful senior session was RAIN! I honestly thought her session was going to rain out but it quickly blew over and we ended up having really great light for her session. You know me, I love me some cloudy days for sessions.
I’m so excited for this school year and meeting all of the seniors that come my way. It’s such a right of passage to get senior portraits taken and I’m so glad that Paige chose me to take her portraits. Enjoy every minute of your senior year, Paige. It’ll go by fast!
