Last weekend, it was 75 degrees… IN DECEMBER! Curt and Dana could not have asked for a better day to get married! Yes, it didn’t quite feel like a December wedding but everyone was in good spirits about the warmth, especially the bridesmaids! It was also overcast, which meant that I could take Curt and Dana’s bridal party anywhere I wanted. They each had 9 attendants so it was a 20-person bridal party. When you have a large bridal party like that, you have to look out for shadows when the sun is out.
We lucked out with great weather and beautiful skies but that’s not all that was perfect. What was even better was the ceremony where Curt and Dana exchanged rings and said vows to one another in front of all their family and friends. I loved getting to know their families. They were so sweet and gave me a seat at one of the family tables at the reception for dinner (when my original seat was taken).
I’m so excited to show you Curt and Dana’s love story. They are a beautiful couple and made my job very easy. I mean how can you not get great shots with these two!!??!! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Dana, you are stunning!
Curt’s sister, Lindsay, passed away a little over a year ago. The beads on Curt’s rosary were made from the flowers from Lindsay’s funeral. I loved it so much and it’s just a great keepsake.
YOU MAY NOW KISS THE BRIDE!
You two are adorable!
LOVE this shot!
We had to shoot a few pictures with Christmas decor and this is a favorite!
Everyone do PROM POSE! hahaha
If you know what this face is, raise your hand!
Can’t beat a white wall.
