I walked into the back of the church into the room where Michelle and her bridesmaids were getting ready and I heard this loud “Hi Kacey!” Michelle was finishing up her hair and already had her makeup done. She was breathtaking! She was glowing and smiling and kept asking me what needed to be done. All I kept telling her was to just take in the moment of her wedding day. When Marcus showed up, everyone kept making sure that they kept the doors closed so that they wouldn’t see each other. The rooms where the groomsmen got ready was literally right now to the girls. They didn’t have to stay apart long because they did a “first look” and had their portraits done before the wedding. We set enough time aside for portraits without feeling rushed or stressed out. We literally had an hour to spare before the wedding ceremony to just sit and relax. After the ceremony Michelle wanted pictures taken at Fort Kaskaskia and it’s a good thing she did because the trees up there were gorgeous!!!! The light was beautiful and I’m so happy with the photos we were able to get there.
The first time Marcus saw Michelle on their wedding day!!! He likey!
