Yesterday morning was beautiful morning. A little cold (mid 40’s compared to the 80 degree weather we’ve been having lately). Kelsey showed up bright and early around 9am to start her session… in shorts! Brrrr! We warmed up after a little bit and headed to the 2nd location I had planned. When we got there, there was a man mowing the lawn next door. He stopped to ask me if I was taking pictures. My first though was “I have a camera in my hand and I’m posing this girl, so yeah” but I didn’t want to be smart LOL. I just simply said yes. He said he had a great spot in mind if I was interested. He said there was this great tree that had huge branches that had fallen over over the years. Limbs that Kelsey could sit on or stand around. I told him that it sounded great and asked where it was. Naturally… it was in this man’s back yard and he was gracious enough to let me use it. When we pulled up this his house, I immediately fell in love! This tree was beautiful. I pictured Forrest Gump in my head when he described it to us and that’s exactly how I felt when I looked at it. I’m so excited to show you my favorites from Kelsey’s session because not only was she a blast to work with, but she got to shoot in a new location that I’ve never used before.
I hope you love your pictures as much as I do Kelsey. Enjoy looking through these favorites of mine. I wish you all the best in your future.
