The Pierre Menard home has been a popular site for pictures lately, and I don’t mind one bit. It’s perfect actually and probably one of my top 3 spots I like to shoot at. Last weekend I met up with the Rednour family and we almost had to cancel due to rain but right as we were about to start the rain magically stopped and gave me the most amazing light ever. Their photos turned out beautifully. I wish all my sessions had natural light like right after a rain. If you’re a photographer you know what I mean. Most of my clients think bright sunshine is the perfect lighting for photos, but in fact it’s the complete opposite. I love me a good cloudy day. The clouds are a huge diffuser for me and it helps my clients from squinting.

I never have an easy time picking favorites of my sessions. I love them all. The kids were all so darn cute and photogenic. Ever single picture was good. Seriously! We all had a great time and their pictures turned out great. Here are my favorites from their session.
