I’m still trying to get in the pattern of blogging right after I post a few favorites to my Facebook page. It gets a little crazy in the fall and around Christmas time so I’ve missed a few sessions. I know I’m slacking but I’m going to make up for it LOL. Get ready to see some awesomeness!

Meet Nick and Brooke. They will be getting married this coming summer and I’m very much looking forward to their big day. I actually worked with Nick for a little while so I already knew him. And I had met Brooke through a mutual friend many years ago. When I met up with the two of them, we talked about their big day and expectations they wanted from their photographer. As I walked away from that meeting I just knew that we were a good fit and I was that they agreed too.

Their engagement session took place in DuQuoin and it was an absolute perfect day. One of those days that the weather was perfect and the light was a photographer’s dream. Nick and Brooke were very comfortable in front of the camera. Whatever poses I wanted them to do or try, they always agreed to it. I think their portraits turned out amazing and I’m so excited to show you a few of my favorites. Can’t wait till summer!!!!
