I can usually tell in the first 5 minutes of a session how that session is going to go. I’d like to say I can read people well. Maybe it’s because I’m a “people person” or maybe it’s just because I’m lucky. Clients seem to be pretty comfortable around me and we always have a good time. When I met Zach, I knew I was in for a fun time and great company. And I’m pretty sure his mother was way more excited than he was for his senior pictures. He really only wanted to wear a few things. He wanted to be himself which is always the key with my seniors. I don’t style them myself. I make suggestions but my main suggestion is to wear clothes and look how you normally look on a daily basis. I want my clients to look back 10 years from now and think “Yep, that was me! That was my personality.”

Zach is full of personality and I’m pretty sure he was making me laugh more than taking pictures. His mom even commented on how funny we were and that was she was wondering if we were actually getting pictures taken at all LOL. Sometimes you just get carried away, you know.

We ended Zach’s session by putting him with his dirt bike. That’s his baby. He’s in his garage with his 2 bikes most of the tim if he’s not actually racing them. In fact, he was in the garage with his bike when I pulled up to his house! He loves racing and we were able to incorporate the racing element into his pictures.

I seriously had the best time that day and I’m so excited to show you my favorites from his session.
