Happy Friday everyone! I’d like to introduce you to Lauren. She’s a senior at Red Bud high school and I’m sure she’s counting down the days till high school is over (like most seniors right now). Her mother Beth contacted me a while back about doing Lauren’s senior portraits. They did have some locations in mind and everything was real close to their home just outside of town. When I pulled up to their home, which was gorgeous by the way, I was greeted by both of them and they were super excited to get started.

We started off at their home by the grain bins, which is always a favorite of mine and then we made our way down the street to a bridge. The bridge was great and there was even a big ‘2016’ spry painted on there. I wonder how that got there (wink wink). Lauren brought along some fabulous outfits and my favorites were the ones where she wore big floppy hats. Hats are in right now and she definitely can pull off wearing them.

New locations are always great to work with and I have a new favorite now. There’s this old abandoned lane with huge pine trees lining it. It’s so neat and really made a great backdrop for some of Lauren’s pictures. Here are a few favorites from my time with Lauren. She’s beautiful inside and out and I cannot wait for you to see these!
