If there is one thing I’ve learned when shooting senior portraits, it’s that seniors love their cars so much that they want to use it in their pictures. On the day I met Devon, he brought along his Ford Mustang. It was pretty sweet if I do say so myself. We didn’t use it right away though. I knew he loved his car so I wanted to get him comfortable in front of my camera first. The session started at Pierre Menard and then we went up to Fort Kaskaskia for the car pics, as well as some pictures of him in his National Guard uniform. Devon may not have brought a ton of outfits, but I’m glad he stuck to who he is. I had the best time meeting Devon and his mom and I’m excited to show you a few of my favorites from his session.
