If you live in a small town, you know that basically everyone knows everyone. That’s how I know Jacob. He grew up in the same small town as I did and I have known his family for pretty much my whole life. He’s a nice guy and always has a smile on his face. Now I haven’t known Lesley for as long as Jacob. I first met her about 3 years ago. She’s a wonderful math teacher, loves sports and the way she looks at Jacob is magical. I was so excited when she and Jacob asked me to be their wedding photographer. It’s so fun shooting weddings for people that you know.
I see Lesley every day and for a while now we’ve been discussing her engagement session. She told me she wanted to go to a friend’s barn, her parent’s house by the lake and some pictures at the baseball field. I loved all of those ideas because they were new locations that I had never been to before. We finally had the session this past weekend and it was the nicest weekend we’ve had this spring so far. I had so much fun with these two and I cannot wait till their wedding in June. Here are a few of my favorites from their session.
