Blue Sky Vineyard. Have you ever been there? If you love wine, then you probably have enjoyed a glass or two, or maybe a bottle or two in my case there at the winery. For Josh and Rachel, it’s a very special place. Josh proposed to Rachel at Blue Sky! How cool is that? It’s such a beautiful place and it’s that much more beautiful to Rachel because it’s the place where her life changed and a new chapter started.

Josh is an engineer living in Chicago and Rachel is a meteorologist for Channel 3 WSIL living in Southern Illinois. I can’t even imagine how hard it must be to not be close to the love of your life, but these two are so darn perfect for each other that a little distance isn’t going to shake this relationship. One of the best parts of an engagement is getting to see how a couple interacts and Josh and Rachel have such a fun and loving relationship. They were always laughing and smiling and just couldn’t stop holding hands or being flirty. It makes me so excited to see these two on their wedding day!!! I can’t wait!

I wish I would have had more time at Blue Sky to enjoy the wine, but I’m proud to say that my trip there was pretty amazing. I could take pictures at this place every day and not even be mad about it. It’s just so darn beautiful. Here are a few of my favorites from Josh and Rachel’s session.
