Meet Brandi, a senior from Chester High School. She first emailed me last July and she was so excited about her session. She was really up for whatever I wanted to do so I suggested we go to Sparta. Her session finally rolled around this past Sunday and the day was perfect! Not too hot and not too cold. The sunlight wasn’t too bright where Brandi had to squint which meant that I could put here anywhere I wanted. There are a lot of different places I can take clients to in Sparta and since Brandi didn’t have anything in mind I just sort of took the lead. Her boyfriend, Luke, came along with us and we had an absolute blast. He was sort of my assistant with helping Brandi with her gun and bringing her different things for the pictures. I told Luke he should become my full-time assistant but I don’t think he’ll be signing up for that any time soon.

I’m so pleased with the turnout of Brandi’s pictures. Seniors portraits are such an amazing right of passage and I’m glad she came to me for one of the memories she’ll have her last year of high school.

These black and white pics are probably my absolute favorites…. although I love ALL! So hard to choose.
