Forest Park Engagement Session – St. Louis, MO

Everyone, I’d like to introduce you to Shauni and Issac. They are a cute young couple that contacted me last July about their wedding. After just getting engaged myself last July, I knew that they were on cloud nine and were excited about planning their big day. After a couple books their wedding with me, the first thing we discuss is the engagement session. Shauni told me that she absolutely loved some locations that I had shot at Forest Park in St. Louis so she and Issac wanted to go there. I’m never going to turn down a trip to the city for a photo shoot!

We had the BEST day for their engagement session. The sun was shining bright and it wasn’t overcrowded with people. Shauni and Issac were so sweet and young and in love. We started at The Muny and moved down the Great Basin by the Art Museum. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of shooting at The Muny. The light and architecture are just perfect for portraits. I loved the white dress that Shauni wore for her first outfit. The light shining through with that dress made for the most perfect pictures. It was a hard time picking my favorites from their gallery because they’re just too good! My niece, Sam, came along to help shoot some behind-the-scenes and I can remember her telling me on the way home that they were the sweet couple ever!
